Home away from home

Lifelong friendships are made at Olympia through playing games, completing challenges,
stepping outside one’s comfort zone, and sharing experiences together.
New friendships are made each year and rekindled year after year.

Cabin Life

Olympia campers receive a real camp experience, living in a cabin with campers their own age from different parts of the world who are participating in a variety of specialty programs at Olympia.

Each cabin has 7 to 12 campers, with 2 counsellors per cabin. All cabins are equipped with modern conveniences such as electricity, washrooms, and showers.

Cabin Down Time

(12:45pm – 1:30pm & 5:45pm – 6:30pm)

Campers can relax, digest, recover and play games as a cabin either inside or outside the cabin. This is an opportunity to do skit preparation for Friday’s skit night, bond with the cabin, play icebreaker games and hang out as a cabin.

Camp Wide Games

(3:30pm – 5:00pm on certain days)

Camp wide games take advantage of Olympia’s facilities and bring the entire camp together for a camp wide competition where each cabin is trying to earn points for their cabin group colour. Games include:

  • Capture the flag
  • Kings Gold
  • Tough Mudder
  • Hunger Games
  • Counsellors Challenge
  • Survival
  • Quiditch
  • Painting/colouring
