A Week of Water Polo at Its Best!

Lots of fun and working hard to better your polo skills. We will have dynamic water workouts, tactical training, as well as skill training. A mixture of dry-land/water conditioning, and drills and skills, will be combined with scrimmaging to make you into a water polo champion. A comprehensive, proven training camp to sharpen all physical and mental skills with over 30 hours of personalized total training in a 6 lane, 25 meter, fully equipped lake training pool:

  • Swimming
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Ball handling
  • Shooting
  • Passing
  • Centre position offence and defense
  • Perimeter game offence and defense
  • Goalie training
  • Game strategies

There is a focus on disciplined and structured workouts in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Each workout is a building block towards self-confidence & motivating the athlete to perform to their peak ability.
