Ice Hockey – Rep Levels

Preseason Training Camp for Rep Players

  • 2 hours ON-ICE program daily (Monday to Friday) at Huntsville Arena includes: skating, passing, puck handling, shooting, positional play, power plays, penalty killing, offensive and defensive team strategies, goal-tending, chalk talks, individual and team awards
  • OFF-ICE program includes: ball hockey, conditioning, motivation and goal setting, team building strategies, sportsmanship, development through initiative tasks, co-operation games, low and high ropes course and a variety of traditional team sports and camp activities
  • Emphasize team plays and systems, team strategies and tactics, mental and emotional training, nutritional counseling and ASA Power conditioning

  • “Inner Balance” Training Program
  • The ice hockey ll camp is integrating the Canadian Sport 4 Life, LTAD Model into its program
  • Twist Sport Conditioning

NOTE: Afer evaluation and consultation with campers, Olympia reserves the right to place campers in a different level of hockey camp for safety purposes
