Women's Yoga Weekend
Olympia is pleased to offer our women's yoga weekend retreat, taking place June 8th - June 10th, 2012 at Olympia Sports Camp. The facility is located minutes from Huntsville, Ontario and offers over 40 acres set between 2 beautiful Muskoka Lakes.

Don't you love the 3 R's? We do and we want to offer you an incredible 3R weekend! This is a wonderful program designed by women for women. The program has a strong focus on the physical, to shape your bodies, the emotional to lift your spirits and spiritual detoxification to enlighten your mind. It gives you the opportunity to get to know and communicate with the real you.
Inspire yourselves and be an inspiration for each other. This is a great gal-pal retreat that really will feed your body and soul for life. The goal of the retreat is to provide tools to help participants through transformative mindfulness techniques, yoga and guided meditations.

Lead Instructors
Kerrie Hutton is a certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and one of only 70 Mindfulness facilitators in North America. Kerrie is also the Director of Yoga for Olympia Sports Camp and has studied under the Dalai Lama. As a former nationally ranked athlete, college coach and personal trainer, the body has been Kerrie's main interest her whole life. Her style of training focuses on proper form and function to ensure the body is solid for a lifetime. Kerrie also has an infectious sense of humour to keep the training fun and entertaining. Kerrie is not only an instructor; six years ago she had a serious back injury that put her in bed for 3 months. Kerrie started using Yoga and discovered Transformative Mindfullness techniques to help her to a full recovery and has used these techniques with her clients with great success.
Emma Bramma Smith is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and is also the owner of "Yoga on Main" in Erin. Emma's style of training is soft, spiritual, and very melodic. Emma's goal is to have her students become stronger than the instructor. Her teachings and the students are the real power in the room, not the teacher. Emma is also a wonderful visual artist using India ink and water colours. Her work is described as "Spitual Surrealism" and has had many gallery exhibitions throughout Ontario.
