One of the fastest growing sports in Canada and the world, Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, fast-paced field sport played with a 175gm plastic flying disc.

- Over 30 hours of personalized training
- Emphasis on "Spirit of the Game" – sportsmanship, integrity, and respect
- Individual skill development taught in small ability matched groups
- Team strategies covered in both mixed gender and single gender contexts
Total skills development
- Throwing (backhand, forehand, hammer, etc)
- Catching (crab, pancake, layout, etc)
- Pivoting and marking
- Running and conditioning
- Offensive positions (handler, middle, deep)
- Defensive setups (cup, hammer stopper, etc)
- Team strategies (stack, reverse stack, plinko, river, zone D, junk D)
Competition
- Mixed gender games 7-a-side held daily
- Tournament at week's end
