Triathlon Camp
An Official "Kids of Steel" Training Camp
A week of triathlon skills training at their best. Athletes will learn:

- Proper training techniques
- Bike safety, maintenance, and set-up
- Pre-race meal choices
- Warm-up techniques
- Psychology of racing
- 1 coach for every 6 athletes
- Proper nutrition habits and how to balance training, school, work, relationships, and personal life
- "Inner Balance" training program

Swim
Athletes will swim in the 25 metre lake pool or will have supervised open water workouts in clear and warm Oxbow Lake.
Bike
Athletes will bike along newly paved, extremely lightly travelled Muskoka side roads.
Run
Athletes will run on paved roads or picturesque Muskoka Hiking Trails.
