Pilates Camp

Canada's first resident camp devoted exclusively to Pilates in the nation’s most comprehensive youth recreation and sports training complex.

Pilates is body conditioning routines that use mats, fit balls, blocks, thera bands, weighted balls, foam rollers, rings/circles, bosom balls and other equipment to improve:

  • Flexibility
  • Stanima
  • Agility
  • Co-ordination
  • Cardiovascular fitness

Developing skills such as concentration, self-discipline, inner strength, and clarity, each camper will focus on:

  • Morning session: breath control and meditation, balance, and stability
  • Afternoon session: power, total body conditioning and sculpting Pilates, developing personal routine
  • Evening session: flexibility and mobility exercises, evening Pilates game
  • Plus: Pilates obstacle courses, competitive games
