Muay Thai/MMA Camp

A non-contact week of introductory, Muay Thai/MMA skills & fitness conditioning. This is Canada's first live-in camp devoted exclusively to Muay Thai/MMA skills in the heart of beautiful Muskoka.

  • 3 high intensity training sessions per day
  • A comprehensive instruction in the various forms of Striking techniques used in Muay Thai and MMA
  • Overview of basic grappling techniques from Wrestling to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and its application to the world of Mixed Martial Arts
  • Introduction to the history and culture of Muay Thai and MMA and its emergence into mainstream sports

Challenge yourself

  • An intensive cardiovascular workout, including circuit training conditioning
  • The use of specialized equipment, including kicking pads, shields, focus mitts and kettlebells
  • Punching, kicking and grappling drills designed to increase skill and stamina
  • Time trial assessments with an individual consultation
