Enjoy a week of fitness and wellness related activities through running, strength training, aqua fit, step classes, relaxation techniques and more.
- Shape-up for fall team tryouts and/or personal fitness development with more than 30 hours of excellent instruction
- Fitness handouts including valuable information on proper nutrition and diet as well as various types of training programs will be given to each participant
- Top flight aerobic floor, indoor running track, Stair Master, Lifecycles, Concept 2, Treadmill and 15 separate Global weight training stations
- Each camper will be videotaped on their learned techniques
- Awards Ceremony
- "Inner Blance" training program
