"Go For The Gold" Teens Camp will provide today's busy teen with a unique playing field, learning lab and training ground to experience, learn, practice and apply Olympic ideals and principles. It will build a solid foundation of success habits and proven life skills to meet challenges, goals, and dreams at home, school, athletics, work, and in the community.

A 12 step performance training model resulting in movement in the direction of one's goals and dreams. - HeartMath's emWave PC® and Quick Coherence Technique and TestEdge™
How will you master these principles and concepts in your everyday performance
- You will go into training just like athletes do to improve their performances
- You will experience a uniquely sequenced plan of workouts that will take you through a number of practice fields in a fun-filled, safe learning environment
Your "training workouts" will include the following "practice fields":
- Real "Interactive" sessions
From top quality mentors and coaches will include: camp activities, sport analogies, stories, role playing, low ropes and initiative tasks, eco-challenges, video clips, self-assessments, self-monitoring (tracking), training logs and reflection time. - Real Camp through cabin group living
Live, eat and play together with fellow campers and trained counsellor-instructors who model these principles and ideals. Free time activities and self-challenges with opportunities to sail, canoe, windsurf, kayak, swim, reflect and relax. Relate with other fellow campers during camp wide games, Olympics, and evening activities including: skit night, motivational movie, dance, cabin group activities, campfires and more. - Real Life through Olympia's "Life Skills Program"
Individual challenge activities may be experienced through the high ropes course (pamper pole, zip line, etc.), indoor climbing wall, outdoor 40' 4-sided climbing tower the "Mt. Olympus."
