Immersion training
With daily 3 x 2 hour blocks of instruction and work-outs, trail and hill running as well as interval, fartlek and circuit training and Video skill analysis system.
Ability matched development
In small groups by experienced 10K and marathon winning coaches.

Get ahead of the cross country season
- 4 - 5 hours of personalized instruction and daily workouts

PLUS - "Inner Balance" training program
NOTE: Campers should come to camp having run a minimum of 20 miles/week, at least 3 weeks before camp

- Has attended OFSAA championships as coach with athletes on over 45 occasions, many of which who have medalled there
- As a runner completed many races in North America at distances from 5 kilometers to marathons
- Has completed 15 marathons including Chicago, New York, and Boston
- Rob's philosophy is to get as much out of each athelete by creating a positive atmosphere in which excellence is the norm and going beyond is accepted and celebrated
