  • 6 lane, 25-metre, fully equipped lake training 'pool'
  • Over 30 hours of personalized water and land training
  • Headliner sessions with winning competitors & coaches
  • Stroke mechanics, starts, turns, pacing, and tethered swimming drills
  • Self-assessment by stop action video system
  • Individual and team awards
  • Olympic action and instruction films and video tapes
  • Small ability matched instruction guarantees maximized swimming skills
  • Culminates in a dual/tri swim meet to hone performance skills
