Olympia offers Athletic Conditioning as part of its regular sports instruction.

Athletic Conditioning helps young athletes to perform to their highest athleticism through the development of the Five Factors:

ASA Athletic Conditioning
  1. Speed
  2. Power
  3. Strength
  4. Quickness
  5. Agility

Throughout the summer, a certified A.S.A. Trainer will be on site to give an introduction of these Five Factors as part of our regular 5–6 hours of daily instruction time at many of our specialty sport/activity programs. The Five Factors will serve as a foundation to help our campers:

  • Be Stronger
  • Jump Higher
  • Be Quicker
  • Be More Agile

in executing the sport specific skills they learn from their coaches.
